I’ve been invited to present a special session of The Renewals Colloquium to the 2021 Library Leadership Ohio (LLO) cohort in early August. The session will share data on my low morale studies with a special focus on Leadership, including enabling leadership styles and those that may reduce the development of workplace abuse and neglect.
