Our Mission

Dynamic and Uplifting Researcher, Leader, Consultant, and Coach.

I’m Kaetrena Davis Kendrick. My mission is to inspire authentic collegiality, and to promote well-being, share the gifts of creativity, and cultivate empathetic, engaged leadership in the workplace. I help people struggling in dysfunctional workplaces recognize, reconcile, and begin to recover from their experiences, and I support workers who want to dismantle organizational or individual behaviors and systems that suppress accountability, humaneness, and belonging.

My coaching, facilitation services, and inspiring conversations are grounded in my award-winning practice and research and kindled by my goals to reinvigorate workplace morale, offer people career and Life-work clarity, and support empathetic leadership and employee engagement through self-preservation and collective care.
