At next year’s Association of College & Research Libraries Conference, I’ll be on a panel with Bobbi L. Newman (author, Fostering Wellness in the Workplace: A Handbook for Libraries) and Alma C. Ortega (author, Academic Libraries and Toxic Leadership). The session, convened by Elizabeth Dill and Lauren Slingluff, is titled “Trauma-Informed Leadership Approaches to Legacy Toxicity: The Road to Wellness.”
