The Northeast Ohio Regional Library System (NEO-RLS) has invited me to present along with Sunnie Scarpa as part of their 2024 Directors’ Retreat. This year’s focus is “Fostering a Thriving Workplace Culture,” and Sunnie and I will share intersections of low-morale experience development and associated impacts on formal leaders, along will established and proven countermeasures for leading through organizations, systems, and behaviors that compromise library organizations.
