As fall gets underway, I’m delving into my work as Follett Chair with Dominican University’s School of Information Studies. Next month, SOIS is hosting me for two Fall Follett Forums, and you’re invited to attend these virtual events!
The two-part series will explore the causes and development of low-morale experiences in academic and public library workplaces, as well as how these experiences are expanded/nuanced for workers from historically ignored groups. I’ll also share some insight into my future and ongoing research goals.
