In the April 2023 issue of Library Leadership & Management, Catherine Baird, Andrea Hebert, and Justin Savage share the impetus and results of their study designed to surface bullying in Louisiana academic libraries. Utilizing the Negative Acts Questionnaire–Revised (NAQ-R) assessment tool,, the authors summarized respondent data reflecting instances of Physically Intimidating Bullying, Person-Related Bullying, and Work-Related Bullying, and share limitations of the study and implications of their results.
