After an intensive six-month course of collaborative and transformative work done with a community of learners, I’ve earned a coaching certification from Coach U: Core Essentials Trained Coach! The International Coaching Federation–accredited curriculum includes almost 80 hours of training, along with group coaching, mentor coaching, and a successful performance evaluation at the Associate Certified Coaching (ACC) level.

This is the first step in a series of continuing education goals to improve my coaching skills, which will help me support my clients’ discovery and movement toward their career healing and transition goals.
